Neil’s service as manager of our rented flat has been exemplary.  He is always genial, professional, and responsive.  When we first moved in the flat had recently been renovated by the landlord and there were a few kinks to work out.  Neil was extremely efficient and effective at handling these issues.  We have never felt that he or his team were unavailable or slow to respond including on certain occasions when problems occurred at inconvenient hours.  Anyone who has been sent by Neil to handle any issues has also always been appropriately qualified and very professional.  I would unreservedly recommend him as a manager.
