I have been living in a flat managed by Neil since a few months and I am perfectly happy with his service. Neil is very helpful and reactive to answer any questions I may have and to help liaise with the landlord when necessary. I have never had any issue calling or emailing twice for the same issue/ question as Neil always answer quickly to my requests. As a tenant , I am very happy in the way he manages the flat I am living in.
