I would like to share the experience we have had with Neil since he has been responsible for the letting and then management of our flat in London. Neil is responsive, proactive, customer focused, reliable and organised. Whilst he was looking for a tenant for the flat, he was very good at balancing our wish to maximise our rental income with the realities of the market. Since he has been managing our flat there have been quite a few issues with the boiler and the building which he has managed professionally and with excellent communication, in keeping us informed of all that was happening whilst giving advice. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Neil as a person to let or manage a property.
