Landlord Fees

Letting Service Only- 12% (inc.VAT)

Provide advice on market rent, finding a prospective tenant, relevant reference checks, arrange gas safety, drafting contract and protecting the deposit.

Management Service Only- 6% (inc.VAT)

Includes rent collection, arranging/overseeing works, protection of security deposit with DPS, HMRC deductions (If applicable) and 6-monthly inspection.

Management and Lettings Service- 18% (inc.VAT)

Full management includes all of the above.

Renewal and Extension Fee- 9.6% (inc.VAT)

Drafting new contract and negotiating rental increase.
