Sellar, on behalf of Great Western Developments have begun formal construction of Paddington Square, an £825m development which will be an exciting addition to the W2 area. The scheme is anticipated to complete by 2022 and will benefit Paddington’s local economy by as much as £350m a year, as well as 4500 jobs.
